During this time, we will discuss the current condition you wish to treat with acupuncture, how acupuncture may benefit this condition, and what your treatment plan may look like. During your first visit, we will delve into your health history, current symptoms, health hopes & goals. Together, we will design a personalized treatment plan to address your determined differential diagnosis, which may include dietary, herbal & lifestyle recommendations. This initial acupuncture treatment may be accompanied by gua sha, cupping, massage, electro stimulation, or moxa, dependent on your individual case. Treatment plans may range from 6 to 30 treatments depending on the severity of the condition and will be adjusted as we progress.

A gentle, yet powerful approach to revitalize your skin & combat against the signs of aging.
Your initial visit begins with an overall health evaluation, followed by acupuncture on the body to address any internal disharmonies. Once balanced, tiny needles are placed along the face & scalp to promote circulation, release tension, stimulate collagen & elastin production, as well as improve complexion & skin tone. For best results, it is recommended to come in for treatment once a week, for 12 weeks, then for monthly maintenance.

Being consistent & committed to your follow up treatments are vital for improvements. During these sessions we will check-in, take note of any changes to symptoms, track your progress, adjusting your treatment plan to best serve you. Treatment plans may range from 2 to 20 weeks of treatments depending on the severity of the condition & will be adjusted as we progress.
